Returns and Exchange

Process:

Contact Customer Service at 1-800-958-6921.

Returns or Exchanges ONLY if within 60 days of the Delivery Date.

Returns must be in "New" & "Unused" condition:  means saleable,not dirty and not washed.  Product must be in its original box with all the documentation, parts, and accessories for full credit. No Returns on an item if any indication that it has been used.  

Customized or Specialized Orders are Not Returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items: Call Customer Service 1-800-958-6921

Cancel an Order: Call Customer Service 1-800-958-6921 within (4) hours of placing the Order to cancel free of charge.  Customer Service will do everything possible to stop the order processing & shipment but there is no guarantee an Order can be canceled if the Order is in process and/or shipped.

Fees & Credit: 

Return Shipping Costs: Customer Responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.  Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Restocking Fees: All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 
The restocking fee may be waived for an exchange of an item of equal or greater value.

Credit and Return Time: Please allow time to process the return/exchange;  typically 10-14 business days to process a return and credit an account.  Refunds granted are for the purchase price only and issued only to the credit card used at purchase.

Other: KnK reserves the right to Cancel any Order for any reason.
